What kind of fool wants to keep mice alive🥴🥴
Norway rat has kicked out of his hole any bait block variation I toss down there - I gave up trying to get him into a bait station or even a Humane trap. I've spent a fortune in the past year and want him (and likely more of him/litter) out of my walls Before they end up in my otherwise emaculate home. In a quad (one-story unit attached to three other folks) and its in an HOA community. HOA does nothing and exterminators are useless. Walls would have to be opened up on these slab-on-grade, only ten year old, condos. I am thinking it is best to move, if it will pass inspection. Five inspectors so far say, "they are not in the attic, Yet")
"they" Girl, you're on the channel.
So your ex came by for a visit😁
That's the tea 🤭
Real asf 💀🙏
We RAN to get a roach bait kit from DIY Pest Control 👀
Diatomaceous earth. You can pick it up at any hardware store. Or get the corn syrup- boric acid packs, they work too
We just used the Ant Control Kit from DIY Pest Control! 😎
@@DoItYourselfPestControl can you help me??? i have ants in my room and i used cinnamon and they left but then they came back into another trail in my room and they won’t leave pls help
I mix mine with rubbing alcohol for quick drying
They do work. However, carpenter bees are beneficial.
We oppose bee-harming practices, and do not endorse specific products for such purposes. Many labels explicitly advise against applying products where bees are active or where plants are in bloom, as these areas can potentially expose bees to toxic pesticide residues. It's crucial to carefully read labels and consider environmental conditions, particularly the presence of blooming plants and foraging bees. Apply pesticides at night when bees are less active and avoid directly spraying blossoms to prevent harm. Since honey bees return to their colonies at night, spraying blossoms in the evening can reduce bee mortality. The importance of bees in our ecosystem and food security is crucial! 🐝 Let's come together to create bee-friendly environments by strategically planting flowers, managing pesticides responsibly, and preserving their habitats.
What are your suggestion? They are destroying my wood.
Use it for What? Wtf are you doing? 90% of solution was wasted on the surface under the cardboard.
🕳️🙂👌😁👍😩👈😫🫨😱😭
Carpenter bees cant sting i have a hive of them that follow me around my property when i do stuff
Stop killing bees
not when they’re swarming your whole house and stinging everyone 🙄. Half the time they’re wasps not honeybees
@@Lauren_Catcarpenter bees don’t even sting and are not aggressive towards humans. They will let u hold them and put ur hands like a foot away without out them flying away or chasing you. They will stack wasps n hornets too I was being chased by a hornet that landed on me and a carpenter bee that always follows me around attacked it and got it to go away
That's all fine and well but these carpenter bees are destroying the wood around my house. They are toast.
If you're going to use any catch and release mouse traps, there's no sense in putting the glue paper down! When you open the lid, they CAN'T leave cuz they're stuck to the glue paper😳🤨
For my house have 4 Tomcat large bait stations, attached to 12" square concrete pavers to keep raccoons from carrying them off.. In my experience, cheaper bait the mice were eating like candy so wasn't saving anything. Hawk rodenticide works very well (Must be used in a secured bait station), its about $60 for 9 lb bucket but usually lasts in my situation about 2 years, so it's more economical long term. I always use a mask and disposable gloves when servicing station's since its potent bait.
Killed my ducks, my neighbors cat and an iguana. Praying for my dog. Someone put a clump on the lawn
Food but no water, you need water for digestion. I set up 8 of the 20 mouse traps 0 mice went in in 2 weeks baited all 8 traps still 0 two more weeks in.
I think I like this idea, but the box and put a glue trap in there and you can put some smear very thin layer of delicious smelling food so they go in there and it would be safe for family. I like this
Thank you for reminding people they are not our friends!!
I just flicked one, it was crawling on me imagine if I was asleep 😭
Really nice video. good information. straight to the point, and well produced!
Nice video! I use glue boards along as well as in multiple catch traps.
Thank you everyone for joining our livestream today and congratulations on the winners! Our team will be reaching out to each of the winners to coordinate shipping out the sprayers. Philip DiMaria (Florida) Max Sepulveda (California) Don Markey (Michigan) Sandra Reyes (Texas)
Congrats to all the Winners!
If you are in a densely populated subburb where the land is about .20 acres per plot, does spraying your yard help much if others aren't doing the same thing?
Mosquitoes don't fly very far at all, thankfully, or the illnesses they spread would be pandemics by now.
Mosquitoes can travel up to 1/4 mile. My brother in law used a mosquito control company at his suburban home of ~.3 acres. We still got bit, but not as bad as the year he didn’t use them.
I'd like to know if that stuff can be poisonous to your animals
When applied per label directions and keep pets and animals off the treated area for 2-3 hours, they are quite pet-friendly. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to reach out.
How can you positively identify drugstore beetles and which treatment can I use to get rid of them and how often would I need to treat? Thanks Tony
Super Informative!! Thanks Do It Yourself Pest Control.
Great stuff, guys! I could listen to Emit talk about pest control all day 😍
I can't get rid of German Roaches!! Can you help
What's the best poison for a Vole infestation?
They are supposed to be non lethal
great tips and info! hope there is another soon.
My name is Alex and I reside in middle North Carolina, whats a good pre emergent for spring time use?
GLUE TRAPS ARE INHUMANE !!! 😡😡😡.
I only use glue traps on humanized mice
Good!
Very, very good presentation. Your videos sound like you really know what you're talking about. Too bad I didn't come across your channel 6 or more months ago, before I through in the towel on DIY'ing it and spent a bunch of money on a professional service recommended to me. But at least they've done a good job and gotten rid of all the rodents.
Good like
What’s recommended for home use? I’d buy Final, but 18 pounds is a bit much.
We would recommend either Take Down or Flatline! You can purchase them in smaller quantities and they are both soft baits which makes them more palatable for rodents.
Is it recommended to mix different types of baits in a single tamper resistant station (Ambush)?
The prevailing thought is to use one bait at a time and switch baits every three to six months. I know some folks who put two different baits in at the same time and have been very successful doing that. Neither way is wrong.
Where do you put it?
Cimexa dust can be used in many places but I am a big fan of using it behind electrical outlets, under baseboards, unde the edge of carpets where they lay on the tack striop and on the tufts, seams, and edges, of mattresses.
Aaaaaaannnnd your gloves were where now? ;)
Oops! You are right! In the rush to make the video, our guys didn't put on their gloves! Thanks for pointing that out!
What do you think of Flatline Softbait ?
I think it is a great bait that is highly attractive to the rodents. Being a multiple feed bait, it can be a little slower than single feed baits but it is a good mainenance bait.
Final is great. Contrac used to be good. Mice just don't eat it in eastern pa anymore.
Keep feeding them what they will eat!
In the Houston area Contrac still works amazingly For roof rats and mice out here Idk if you have deer mice or some other species or why they wouldn’t go for it
Peanut Brittle… my favorite 😻
Awesome I'll give this a try. 99.9% I have drain flies like you said, Thanks
Great video
Glad you enjoyed it
Great video. Thanks!
Glad you liked it!
Thank you for the information and the effort to make these types of videos.
Thanks for watching!
Can you make a video on using cardboard for bed bug treatment?
Use it to do what?!
